PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential-transfer mechanism wherein a differential and a transfer are integrated to reduce the parts-count and keep the structure simplified in miniature. SOLUTION: In the differential-transfer mechanism, a differential 8, a transfer 13, a transaxle case 12a, and a transfer case 13a are provided. The differential 8 is equipped with a differential case 25 provided with a first boss 25b and a second boss 25c, a pinion shaft 35, a pair of pinion gears 31, 32, a first side-gear 33, and a second side-gear 34. The transfer 13 is equipped with a ring gear 41, a pinion gear 43, and a propeller shaft 14.
