PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking bolt, a locking nut, and a fastening structure which can improve applicability and workability concerning fastening working, and prevent looseness effectively with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A locking bolt 1, which has a screw-thread 2 formed in a periphery of an axle 1b and a head 1a formed in one end of the axle 1b for engaging with a tool for fastening, is provided with a first side 2a and a second side 2b arranged in the screw-thread 2, wherein the first side 2a forming one side of the head 1a side in the screw-thread 2 is formed perpendicularly to an axis line CL or one end of the axis line CL side in the first side 2a is formed slantingly toward a tip side of the bolt 1.
