摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control device which suppresses the temperature of a turbine inlet port in an overshoot limitation range with respect to a frequency variation and satisfies a required response for shaft output, and an operation control method thereof. SOLUTION: The operation control device sets an opening degree of an inlet guide vane from a detected value of a generator output sensor based on a relation of the opening degree of the inlet guide vane to generator output by an inlet guide vane opening degree setting part 10, corrects the set opening degree by calculating a first opening degree correction amount of the inlet guide vane corresponding to the frequency variation amount to the frequency variation larger than a fixed value by a first correction part 20, calculates a change in load of a gas turbine from a generator output set value set from the output of the generator (output of generator output sensor) or a target value of the generator output by a second correction part 30, and corrects the set opening degree by calculating a second opening degree correction amount of the inlet guide vane corresponding to the load change amount.
