摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefabricated building which ensures the flexibility of design and is formed with an overhanging portion with spaciousness. SOLUTION: In the prefabricated building, an overhanging unit 21 is formed of a pair of U-shaped frames 22, an upper front end beam 23, a lower front end beam 24, an upper reinforcing beams 25, and a lower reinforcing beams 26. Each U-shaped frame 22 has a support portion 22a, and an upper beam portion 22b and a lower beam portion 22c which extend from respective edges of the support portion 22a in the same direction almost at right angles. In each U-shaped frame 22, the support portion 22a vertically extends, and the upper beam portion 22b and the lower beam portion 22c are connected to a building unit 13 while facing in a direction opposite to the building unit 13 and being spaced from each other and opposed to each other. Then the upper front end beam 23 is connected to distal ends of the upper beam portions 22b, respectively, and the upper reinforcing beam 25 is connected to proximal ends of the upper beam portions 22b, respectively. Further the lower front end beam 24 is connected to distal ends of the lower beam portions 22c, respectively, and the lower reinforcing member 26 is connected to proximal ends of the lower beam portions 22c, respectively.
