PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer for a bolt for fixing a bridge crosstie to a steel material which prevents a hook bolt from dropping when the hook bolt is fitted to fix the bridge crosstie. SOLUTION: The hook bolt is a member that fixes the bridge crosstie to a bridge beam. The hook bolt has a linear steel bar bolt with an upper part formed into a male screw, and a curved hook formed continuously under the bolt. The bolt is inserted into a bolt hole formed at the bridge crosstie and fixed with a nut, and then the hook is brought into pressure-contact with the undersurface of the bridge beam. The hook bolt thus fixes the bridge crosstie to the bridge beam. The washer for fixing the hook bolt includes an elastic packing 21 encircling a hole allowing the hook bolt to penetrate therethrough, an elastic packing 22 at the outer periphery of the washer, and an elastic packing 23 on the bottom of the washer.
