A play yard frame structure 11 includes upper and lower horizontal frame members 12, 13 and vertical frame members 14 with a fabric body 20 that extends over the exterior of the frame structure 14. A bassinet structure (30) includes a height adjustment feature that enables the floor surface of the bassinet structure (30) to be positioned selectively at multiple height positions relative to the upper horizontal frame members 12.
