PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal performing positioning in emergency transmission even under unstable radio wave conditions and notifying an emergency call center server of the positioning result without changing the positioning mechanism based on existing IS801 standard. SOLUTION: The radio communication terminal which secures a traffic channel with a base station in the emergency transmission, transmits positioning information addressed to the base station based on the IS801 standard is provided with a control part 18 which starts the positioning by a stand-alone GPS, simultaneously tries to capture the traffic channel during the emergency transmission, performs the positioning based on the IS801 standard instead of the stand-alone GPS when the traffic channel is captured earlier, and transmits positioning information acquired through the captured traffic channel when the positioning information is acquired by the stand-alone GPS earlier.
