PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a compounding ingredient that readily disperses, into a cosmetic, silicone resin containing a phenyl group that has low compatibility with an oily component generally formulated in a cosmetic, although the silicone resin containing the phenyl group is suitable as a component of the cosmetic improving luster and a makeup long lasting effect.SOLUTION: The objective oily or emulsified solid cosmetic is obtained when 0.1-20 mass% of silicone resin containing a phenyl group is compounded as a component (A), and 0.5-40 mass% of vinylpyrrolidone/alpha olefin copolymer is compounded as a component (B), and further the compounding mass ratio, the component (A)/component (B) is 0.05-5.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
