PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior panel structure of a railway vehicle, which can be reduced in weight and thickness, has high structural strength, and can be manufactured efficiently.SOLUTION: An interior panel structure, whose three sides are connected to a railway vehicle body structure and one side is separated from the body structure, comprises a panel material formed in a rectangle shape, and a long plate-like reinforcement material provided along one side in a partial region of one plate surface. The reinforcement material has a plate surface covering part covering a partial region of the panel material, and an end surface covering part which integrally continues to the plate surface covering part and covers an end surface of one side of the panel material. The plate surface covering part includes a first plate part in surface-contact with one plate surface, and a second plate part which is connected to the first plate part and faces one plate surface at a distance. The first plate part and the second plate part extend in a longitudinal direction of the reinforcement material and are arranged in parallel in one direction along one plate surface that is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the reinforcement material.
