PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waters vehicle torpedo launch system inexpensive and easy to operate.SOLUTION: A torpedo launch system is connected to a waters vehicle. The torpedo launch system is operable at a neutral buoyancy position. Plural torpedoes 100 are contained. Each torpedo 100 is connected to the torpedo launch system by locking means such as plural hook locks 140. A power cable is connected to provide the plural torpedoes 100 with power. An optical fiber cable is connected to enable programming of the plural torpedoes. The locking means, power cable and optical fiber cable are separated from the plural torpedoes 100 before launch.
