The present invention relates to a calorimeter, and especially, to the calorimeter comprising a modem input stabilizing part and a modem diagnosis part, which can maintain a voltage applied to a model constantly by installing the modem input stabilizing part at a ring signal receiving circuit of the modem, and can perform stable communication by preventing damage when an overvoltage is applied, and can simplify an inspection process by being able to replace a ring signal of a public switched telephone network (PSTN), by generating a call start signal and the ring signal in the modem diagnosis part and then applying the call start signal and the ring signal to the model so as to diagnose the modem at the field.
