PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a color tone difference between a friction stir welding part and neighboring base materials thereof, in a method for manufacturing Al welding products by anodization processing after performing friction stir welding between Al alloy materials consisting of 6000 system Al alloy.SOLUTION: A friction stir welding operation is performed in the following manner. When manufacturing Al welding products by anodization processing of such Al welding materials after obtaining a joined Al welding material with friction stir welding for a plurality of Al materials, and forming an anodized coating on the surface, Al alloys comprising 6000 system Al alloys having a content of Fe of 0.1 mass % or less and forming a natural aging state by refining any of T1 to T4 are used as Al materials, and also a temperature of a friction stirring part is set in a range of 500-580°C to such Al alloys. |
