摘要 The present invention relates to a signal processing apparatus for monitoring a state of blades of a wind turbine and a method thereof. The signal processing apparatus includes an optical fiber sensor for detecting moments of three blades to output blade signals; a signal converter for converting three blade signals to two Fore-Ape signals; a rotation information input unit for detecting rotation information of the blades; a revolution estimating unit for estimating revolutions of the blade based on the rotation information; a state determining unit for eliminating a rotation component from the Fore-Ape signal to determine whether the blades operate; and an output unit for outputting the determination result. Since two Fore-Ape signals can be processed easier than three blade signals, it is possible to effectively analyze the signal and to improve the effectiveness of determining the state of the blades, thereby effectively managing the blades.
