The objective of the present invention is to provide a cable protection and guide device that prevents abrasion a surface of a cable or the like and simultaneously halting a multi-joint link at high position accuracy. In the cable or the like protection and guide device (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention, the multi-joint link (100A) is provided with a link member (110) and a pinching member (120) that is installed on the link member to pinch the cable or the like. The pinching member (120) has a cylindrical base body portion that is engaged with a circular though-hole of the link member, and a pinching portion (122) that extends from the cylindrical base body portion to an external side of a width direction of the multi-joint link and is bifurcated to pinch the cable or the like on both sides of the inside and the outside of a multi-joint link flection, wherein the pinching member (120) is freely rotated with respect to the link member (110). |
