PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily supply water to release mist.SOLUTION: An electrostatic atomizer 52 includes a unit comprising a discharge electrode 70 formed with a porous material having water absorbency, water retention and suction characteristics, a water retention material 67 which is formed with a porous material having water retention, arranged so as to touch the discharge electrode 70 and supplies retained water to the discharge electrode 70, a water storage tank portion 72 storing water to supply it to the discharge electrode 70, a water absorption member 69 supplying water stored in the water storage tank portion 72 to the water retention material 67 and a conductive rod 71 applying a negative high voltage to the discharge electrode 70 so as to be negatively charged. |
