<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column reactor having excellent strength and capable of stably exhibiting a function as the column reactor, and to provide a method of manufacturing the column reactor. <P>SOLUTION: The column reactor formed by supporting a catalytic metal on a skeleton surface of a column-shaped epoxide resin monolith is obtained by ejecting a mixed solution containing an epoxide resin, a curing agent, a compound having metal supplemental ability, a polymerized solution having a reaction induction phase separation ability and a function to become a porogen into a forming mold, polymerizing the epoxide resin in the mixed solution ejected into the forming mold, removing the polymerized solution from the resultant polymer to obtain the epoxide resin based polymer monolith in which the compound having the metal complemental ability is incorporated, impregnating the epoxide resin based polymer monolith in which the compound having the metal complemental ability is incorporated with a solution containing catalytic metal ion and after that, reducing the catalytic metal ion to deposit the catalytic metal on the surface of skeleton of the epoxide resin based polymer monolith. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
