摘要 Disclosed are biocompatible, dissolving microneedle structures with enhanced mechanical strength. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to microneedles containing nanomaterials. Also disclosed are methods of producing such microneedle structures, as well as methods for using them to deliver drugs or biomolecules into the skin or epithelia, or the cytoplasm and/or nucleus of a skin or epithelia cell, of a subject.
