To provide a thermally conductive sheet which has high thermal conductivity, while having insulating properties. This thermally conductive sheet is obtained by laminating: a carbon fiber oriented heat conductive layer wherein a carbon fiber powder having fiber axes oriented in the thickness direction of the sheet is contained in a polymer matrix; and an insulating heat conductive layer which is provided with thermal conductivity and insulating properties, and wherein an insulating thermally conductive filler is dispersed in a polymer matrix. This thermally conductive sheet has high thermal conductivity and insulating properties at the same time, while being easy to be affixed to an object and exhibiting excellent handleability. |
