PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems, in which a traffic signal shown in Fig.5 is installed on an electric pole at the intersection of a narrow cross junction or T junction, at which four electric poles for traffic signals cannot be installed, and the traffic signal repeats yellow flashing in one direction and red flashing in the other direction in a lighting state, so that the road in the red flashing direction gets congested at morning and evening rush hours and this stresses drivers, and morning and evening sun light hits the traffic signal, so that the sun light reflects to the filter of the lighting surface and it becomes difficult for drivers to identify a signal. SOLUTION: If a traffic signal according to this invention is installed at the intersection of narrow roads, the emitting surface emits blue, yellow and red lights, which are original lighting of a traffic signal, so that congestion is eased and drivers' stress is reduced.
