Provided is an information traffic signal lamp for displaying a remaining time of a pedestrian lamp and a pedestrian waiting time, capable of displaying the remaining time thereof and also the pedestrian waiting time to a pedestrian lamp assistive device which is installed in a crosswalk, and capable of easily determining a walking direction between two crosswalk which are located at the intersection by turning on a red light of a symbol type of the pedestrian lamp assistive device upward in sequence when turning on a red light in the pedestrian lamp. In addition, it is possible to ensure safety of pedestrians by turning off the a yellow light in the pedestrian lamp assistive device at the last to allow the pedestrians to recognize the remaining time of walking pedestrian.
