PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability, when producing the slice of a biological material and performing dying treatment. SOLUTION: A window frame-shaped guide for surrounding the periphery of the adhesive surface of an adhesive film for adhering a sample piece is provided. The guide has a non-adhesive section and has a guide, having an adhesive section corresponding to an opening surrounded by the guide, in combination with a holder for retaining the adhesive film. The guide is constituted of flexible plastic and is made thicker than the slice sample. The dimensions of the holder will not be limited; and since its purpose is to fix/protect the adhesive film, the shape of the holder is designed in matching with the adhesive film.
