PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit pressure pulsation at the outlet side of an expander. SOLUTION: A buffer vessel 71 is connected with an outflow port 33 of an expanding mechanism 60. The buffer vessel 71 is formed into the cylindrical shape extending in the refrigerant flowing direction, and having a cross-sectional area larger than that of the outflow port 33. A straightening vane 75 having a disc-shaped mesh portion 75a is mounted inside of the buffer vessel 71. Pressure fluctuation is reduced by pressure supply and pressure suction of the buffer vessel 71, and droplet refrigerant is miniaturized when it passes through the straightening vane 75.
