PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for preventing the coming-off of a screw, which mechanism does not disengage the screw from a component to be changed when the component is dismounted from an apparatus. SOLUTION: The mechanism for preventing the coming-off of the screw is composed of a screw holding washer 100 having an inside diameter equal to the minor diameter 252 of a screw 201, and a coming-off preventing spacer 110, which has a through-hole 161 into which the screw 201 is inserted, a flange portion 112 having a diameter larger than that of a through-hole 15 provided in a changing unit 11, and a stopper 111 to be engaged with a projection 101 provided on the screw holding washer 100.
