A vehicle guiding device for a proxy driver using a GPS is provided to accurately calculate a fare of proxy driving by calculating a traveling distance by using position information received from the GPS. A vehicle guiding device for a proxy driver includes a GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver(100), a memory(300), a CPU(Central Processing Unit,400), and a driving information processing module(420). The GPS receiver receives position information from a GPS. The memory stores map information. The CPU compares the position information with the map information and displays corresponding voice, sound, and map information according to the compared result. The memory stores charging information according to a traveling distance. The driving information processing module calculates the traveling distance by using the position information, calculates a proxy driving fare when arrived, and displays the proxy driving fare and the traveling distance on a screen.
