A vehicle electric controlling apparatus includes: a communication part connected to a vehicle electric controlling apparatus of the other vehicle according to an embodiment to transmit data; and a control unit for receiving version data of a second program for controlling the other vehicle through a memory for storing a first program that controls one vehicle and the communication part, and comparing a version of the second program and a version of the first program by using the version date of the second program, and transmitting the first program into the vehicle electric controlling apparatus of the other vehicle so that the first program controls the other vehicle when the version of the first program is the most recent version.
