A grounding rod for power facility having a spiral conductor wire and for information communication is provided to improve discharging efficiency of lightning stroke current and prevent peripheral devices and a human from being damaged from lightning stroke charge by separating the spiral conductor wire from a conductive core. A grounding rod for power facility having a spiral conductor wire(20) and for information communication comprises a conductive core(10), and a conductive body(30). The conductor wire, which is separated from an outer periphery of the conductive core, is wound. The conductive body covers the conductive core and the conductor wire and fixes the conductor wire which is separated from the conductive core. The conductive core is a pipe made of copper. The pipe is charged with an electrolyte material.
