An OLED device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance yields by compensating for luminance according to adjustment of an offset voltage in products having luminance deviation out of a range. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) device includes a pixel unit(100), and data and scan drivers(110,120). The pixel unit receives data and scan signals and displays images. The data driver receives video signals, generates the data signals, and adjusts voltages of the data signals based on an offset voltage. The scan driver generates the scan signals. The data driver, which includes a memory for storing the offset voltage, adjusts the voltage of the data signals corresponding to the stored offset voltage.
