The valve (1) has an opening provided in a supply line (3) of a heating circuit, and another opening provided in a supply line (4) of a heat exchanger (6). Third opening is provided in a return line (8) of the heat exchanger. Fourth opening is provided in a return line (10) of the heating circuit. Fifth opening is provided in a bypass line between lines (3, 10). The third and fifth openings are controllable. The latter opening, the fourth opening, and a section of the line (3) are not controllable.
