A method for manufacturing an environmental-friendly vessel using rice hulls and natural resin is provided to improve robustness and strength of the vessel and reuse waste of an agricultural product such as rice hulls. A method for manufacturing an environmental-friendly vessel using rice hulls and natural resin comprises the following steps. A first mixture is obtained by mixing 40wt% of starch, 30wt% of melamine resin or urea resin, 15wt% of silicone rubber compounds, 10wt% of cellulose, 3wt% of sodium carbonate, and 2wt% of pigment. A second mixture is obtained by mixing 35wt% of the first mixture and 65wt% of rice hulls. A third mixture is obtained by mixing 65-85wt% of the second mixture and 15-35wt% of water. The third mixture is transferred to a molding machine.
