FILM WITH TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE LAYER, FLEXIBLE FUNCTIONAL ELEMENTS, AND MANUFACTURING METHODS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various kinds of flexible functional elements, such as a film with a transparent conductive layer, a dispersive EL element, with excellent flexibility, high transparency and stable conductivity. SOLUTION: The film with the transparent conductive layer has a patterned auxiliary electrode layer formed on a base film, and the transparent conductive layer formed on the base film and the patterned auxiliary electrode layer by means of a coating method. The base film is 3 to 200μm thick. The patterned auxiliary electrode layer is formed of a thin film having a thickness of 0.02 to 0.2μm with a metal as a main component. The transparent conductive layer is 2 to 10 times as thick as the patterned auxiliary electrode layer with a fine particle of a conductive oxide and a binder matrix as the main components, and a compression process is performed to the transparent conductive layer.
