PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of liquid crystal display panel and manufacturing equipment thereof in which the attachment accuracy and the reproducibility of the attachment accuracy are excellent and the productivity is satisfactory. SOLUTION: A UV lamp is disposed in an upper side closed space 35 and a primary temporarily fixing attachment substrate 30 is disposed in a lower side closed space 40 via a UV transmissive specific sheet 12. The upper side closed space 35 is depressurized, subsequently, the lower side closed space 40 is depressurized and, thereafter, the upper side closed space 35 is returned to the atmosphere. Therein, the UV transmissive specific sheet 12 pressed to the upper side closed space 35 side by the atmospheric pressure is likewise pressed to the lower side closed space 40 side by the atmospheric pressure, and the primary temporarily fixing attachment substrate 30 is made up into a secondary temporarily fixing attachment substrate 33 via the pressing of the UV transmissive specific sheet 12. Thereafter, the lower side closed space 40 is also returned to the atmospheric pressure and UV irradiation is performed to the secondary temporarily fixing attachment substrate 33 in the atmospheric pressure to prepare a temporarily fixed liquid crystal display panel 45.
