摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for an electrode with high integrity by controlling properties and thickness of a microstructure. <P>SOLUTION: Electrode, electrolyte-ceramics material powder such as NiO and 8YSZ are triturated and mixed equally, sintered and triturated, and triturated after adding a pore former such as graphite and dried. The green sheet is formed by a sheet casting system by triturating and mixing solvent MEK, EtOH and dispersant TEA, adding the powder and triturating them, furthermore, adding plasticizers DBP, PEG and adhesive PVB and triturating them, and adjusting slurry viscosity.
