<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contain deterioration of cell performance caused by condensed water, while containing complication of the structure of a fuel cell and non-uniformity of liquid flow. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell 20 is composed of a plurality of stack units consisting of a plurality of power generating cells mutually stacked in series. Further, as a fuel gas passage, a fuel gas is introduced so as to flow in parallel in each power generating cell in each stack unit, and the stack units have a passage to introduce in order the fuel gas from the stack unit at one of end side of the fuel cell to the stack unit at the other end side. The fuel gas passage has an opening to which the fuel gas is supplied at the end part on anode side of the fuel cell. The anode end stack unit is provided with the power generating cells of the number corresponding to power generating cells of which output voltage is deteriorated when the fuel gas is flowed in parallel to the power generating cells to constitute this anode end stack unit and the power generating cells to constitute the stack unit adjoining the anode end stack unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
