<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a multilayer ceramic capacitor, which can simultaneously solve problems of sheet attack during coating with conductive paste etc., delamination in a heat and press bonding process, and crackings in a binder removing process. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the multilayer ceramic capacitor, a laminate obtained by alternately laminating a ceramic green sheet, a conductive paste and/or a ceramic paste and then by heating and pressing them is subjected to cleaning and baking. The manufacturing method includes: a step of forming the ceramic green sheet by applying and then curing a ceramic slurry composition containing ceramic powder, polyvinyl acetal resin (A) having at least a specified structure unit, and an organic solvent; and a step of coating the ceramic green sheet with conductive paste and/or ceramic paste containing polyvinyl acetal resin (B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
