PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that can easily execute a transition of a list of print data of an image forming apparatus and a portable terminal.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus detects a portable terminal, determines if a print job list for a user who has logged in to the portable terminal is stored in the portable terminal, when determining that the print job list for the user who has logged in to the portable terminal is stored in the portable terminal, acquires the print job list from the portable terminal, stores which print job the portable terminal has displayed on a display screen, and transmits the print job list to the image forming apparatus so that the displayed print job is displayed on a display screen of the image forming apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
