PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the appropriate use of a power in accordance with the operating situations of a first circuit independently from the operating situations of a second circuit.SOLUTION: A first circuit 100 and a second circuit 200 are connected via a transmission part 30 of a serial format. The first circuit 100 performs the parallel/serial conversion of a signal of a parallel format propagating through a CPU bus 101 and a signal of a serial format propagating through the transmission path 30 with a predetermined operation frequency Fconv1. Tables 901 and 902 showing a relation between the operation frequency Fconv1 and the operating situations of the first circuit 100 are stored in a memory 203. On the basis of the operating situations of the tables 901 and 902 and the first circuit 100, the operation frequency Fconv1 is controlled independently of the second circuit 200. |
