Disclosed are a telebanking security system and a device therefor, capable of preventing a telebanking financial accident by detecting an abnormal sign through a packet communication network and performing authentication through the packet communication network when using telebanking through telephone conversation using a mobile terminal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device, providing a telebanking service through a telephone communication network and a data communication network, includes: a voice call receiving part receiving a voice call from a user terminal through the telephone communication network to open a telephone channel to the user terminal; a security information receiving part receiving security information, extracted from the user terminal, from the user terminal through the data communication network; a security authentication processing part determining whether the user terminal is an authentication target or not by analyzing the received security information, and then performing security authentication with the user terminal through the data communication network if the terminal is the authentication target; and a financial transaction processing part processing a financial transaction request, received from the user terminal through the telephone communication network, when receiving a security authentication success signal from the security authentication processing part. |
