The present invention relates to a reflective heat insulation material with improved heat insulation performance, to improve the heat insulation performance of a partial charging type reflective heat insulation material. A reinforcing sheet member (36) having a thickness reinforcing member (34) of 0.2-10.0 mm is used between upper and lower films (30, 32) having a low surface radiation rate instead of a thin film member including an aluminum material which is used to block radiation heat in the inside and on the surface so that conductive heat transmission generated in a thin film material can be blocked. So, the reflective heat insulation material can improve the heat insulation performance of the partial charging type reflective heat insulation material. The reflective heat insulation material with the improved heat insulation performance has the excellent heat insulation performance in comparison with an existing volume heat insulation material by having excellent resistance on conduction, convection, and radiation, which are three paths transferring the heat. The reflective heat insulation material can be easily handled and constructed and can improve spatial availability by reducing the thickness of a construction surface. The reflective heat insulation material also can improve a design freedom degree of a building.
