This entry sheet for drilling holes is provided with: a metal foil; and a resin composition layer formed on the metal foil without providing an adhesive layer therebetween. The dispersion term γSD of the surface free energy of the resin-composition-layer surface in contact with the metal foil is in the range of 27.0-37.0 mJ/m2. The polar term γSP of said surface free energy is in the range of 0-5.0 mJ/m2.
