The present invention relates to a floating and rotatable solar power generation apparatus which can track the position of the sun according to the position to rotate a power generation module, thereby maximally receiving solar energy. In rotating the power generation module according to the position of the sun, the present invention can accurately grasp the direction in which and the angle to which the power generation module has rotated, so as to minimize the occurrence of an error during the rotation of the power generation module, thereby effectively receiving the solar energy. Further, when the power generation module faces the sun, the present invention can prevent a shadow from being cast on another power generation module configured behind the power generation module, thereby increasing the efficiency of power generation. |
