PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a woven fabric having an ultrasoft touch feeling by which the woven fabric having the ultrasoft touch feeling is obtained even without carrying out a special chemical treatment. SOLUTION: This woven fabric having an ultrasoft tough feeling is produced by weaving a spun yarn obtained by spinning conjugated fibers containing the total number of >=10 polyamide components 1 and polyester components 2 alternately and radially arranged in the cross section and used as warp yarns or weft yarns or both the warp yarns and weft yarns and carrying out a physical dividing treatment in a finishing and processing step and thereby dividing the polyamide components 1 and polyester components 2 in the conjugated fibers.
