PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a one pack type moisture-curing urethane resin compsn. which quickly cures and is excellent in long-term storing stability. SOLUTION: This compsn. contains a urethane prepolymer having a polyoxyalkylene structural unit in the main chain structure, and contg. an isocyanate group as a terminal group, and a hydrophilic ketimine having an oxyalkylene structural unit. The polyoxyalkylene structural unit constituting the main chain structure of the urethane prepolymer is pref. a polyoxypropylene structural unit. The oxyalkylene structural unit of the hydrophilic ketimine is also pref. a polyoxypropylene structural unit. The compounding amounts are pref. 1-8 pts.wt. of the hydrophilic ketimine based on 100 pts.wt. of the urethane prepolymer. This one pack type, moisture-curing urethane resin compsn. is favorably used as an adherent, a sealant, a paint, or a coating agent.
