The invention relates to a device for storing a flat disk-shaped element (7), such as audio media and/or data media of the CD or DVD (Digital Versatile Disc) type or similar. The inventive device comprises an essentially-parallelepipedal case (1) forming respectively a base (2) and a cover (3) which are connected by a hinge (4) on one of the sides thereof, the three remaining sides of said base (2) and/or cover (3) comprising lateral walls (2a, 2b, 2c; 3a, 3b, 3c). The invention also comprises closure means (9) which, when the case (1) is closed, form a housing (5) that can be accessed through a slot (6) on one edge (8) of the case (1), the length of said slot being slightly greater than the diameter of the disk-shaped element (7). The invention is characterised in that it comprises means (9) for closing the aforementioned slot (6), which extend into the housing (5) inside the case (1) and which slide between a first closed position, in which the slot (6) is obstructed by same, and a second open position, in which the slot (6) is open, and vice versa. |
