PURPOSE: A device for preventing lowering of pneumatic pressure of a tire and change of wheel balance and a control method thereof are provided to restrict lowering of pneumatic pressure of the tire and change of wheel balance in waiting or after traveling by forcibly placing a tire bead part to a wheel rim between the air injection process and the balance weight assembling process and sealing the tire bead part and the wheel rim. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing lowering of pneumatic pressure of a tire(5) or change of wheel balance is composed of a loading unit(A) loading a tire wheel assembly(1) filled with air; an upper pressure unit(B) installed in the upper part of the tire wheel assembly to press the upper part of a tire side wall part of the tire wheel assembly loaded by the loading unit; and a lower pressure unit(C) arranged opposite to the lower part of the upper pressure unit to press the lower part of a tire side wall part.
