PURPOSE: A method for harvesting seedless fruit and vegetables is provided, thereby improving stability of seedless fruit and vegetables to eat them because harmful treatment such as hormone, chemical drugs or radiation is not used. CONSTITUTION: The method for harvesting seedless fruit and vegetables comprises the steps of: pinching a parent vine(1) at an appropriate site; selecting a thick and healthy side branch as a son vine(2) from the side branches from each joint of the pinched parent vine(1); pinching the son vine(2) at an appropriate site; selecting a thick and healthy side branch as a grandson vine(3) from the side branches from each joint of the pinched son vine(2); pinching the grandson vine(3) at an appropriate site; selecting a thick and healthy side branch as a great-grandson vine(4) from the side branches from each joint of the pinched grandson vine(3), and leaving the great-grandson vine(4) without pinching; and pollinating male pollen of vine with the female pollen of the great-grandson vine(4), wherein the vine is watermelon.
