PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a tubular support arm by welding an L-shaped cross-section member and an inverted L-shaped member to each other, and facilitate the removal of soil deposited on the upper part of the support arm. SOLUTION: A dozer implement 2 has a blade, 39 provided on a pair of right and left support arms 38R, 38L, and the support arms 38R, 38L, are each formed into a tubular shape having a cavity in the inside thereof, by welding the L-shaped cross-section member 42 consisting of a vertical section 42a and a horizontal section 42b and the inverted L-shaped cross-section member 43 consisting of a horizontal section 43b and a vertical section 43a to each other. The horizontal section 43b of the inverted L-shaped cross-section member 43 is welded to the vertical section 42a of the L-shaped cross-section member 42 into a T-shaped joint. The top end 45 of the vertical section 42a of the L-shaped member 42 is protruded upward, from the horizontal section 43b of the inverted L-shaped cross-section member 43.
