The invention relates to a device comprising reflective and non-reflective IR emitters (10) and protective tubes (20) which can be exchanged and placed together in order to form a wellness module and can be arranged in supports (40) in various positions (41, 42). The invention also relates to a corresponding arrangement of the IR-emitter (10) which is arranged close to the edge in the protective tube (20) or in a covering which leads to a current connection in a support (40) which retains the IR-emitter (10) and protects against humidity, and comprises an electric current connection and is electrically insulated. The invention also relates, in particular, to an IR radiation system comprising an IR transparent protective body (20) which essentially surrounds the IR-emitter (10), and terminates in an electrically insulating manner with the support (40) in relation to the spray water and the support comprises a cable channel. The invention further relates to a module whereby the protection tube thereof (20) has a maximum diameter of 7 cm, a wellness-module, in particular, comprises a narrow reflector which reflects in a wider reflector (23, 33). The covering comprises, in particular, a reflector (23), and various arrangement positions (41, 42) of the IR emitter (10) and the reflector (23) are provided in the supports (40) of the covering.
