An installation structure of a self-climbing device of a large form is provided to lift the large form without using a crane or a tower crane by mounting form ties as coupling devices. An installation structure of a self-climbing device of a large form comprises a plurality of foam ties, a plurality of brackets(300), vertical columns(400), a lifter(500), a lifter support device(600), and vertical surface foams(100a). The foam ties are exposed without being protruded to ends of lower layers. The brackets are connected to the foam ties respectively. The vertical columns are coupled with the brackets to be vertically slid. The vertical surface foams are fixed to the upper part of the vertical columns. A fixing catching device is mounted to one of the bracket and the vertical column. A placing device is mounted to the other one of the bracket and the vertical column to be rotated upward or downward.
