<p>A method is provided for heat-treatment and processing of biological materials with a fluid from a fluid source in a closed packaging/container, wherein the fluid is introduced into the packaging/container for direct treatment contact with the biological materials and the fluid is transported or circulated out of the packaging, thereafter packaging/container is completely sealed. The method may be used for heat-treatment and processing of biological materials with a fluid in order to increase the shelf life or the sensoric qualities of the material.</p> |
