An online bulletin board service system and a method are provided to enable readers to receive evaluation and compensation for notice materials put on an exclusive bulletin board, so that the readers can obtain information on higher-quality notice materials. An exclusive bulletin board generating unit produces and provides an exclusive bulletin board to a poster. A notice material registration part(40b) provides a function of registering notice materials on the exclusive bulletin board or a free bulletin board. A grade-based exclusive bulletin board offering part(40c) classifies the exclusive bulletin board of the poster by grade, and provides the board to readers. A notice material evaluation performance part(40d) enables the readers to perform fixed evaluation about the corresponding notice material. A poster and exclusive bulletin board grade computation part(40e) sets up grades of the exclusive bulletin board and the poster. A poster compensation account part(405) subtracts compensated points from the readers' accounts, and transfers the points to the poster's account or transfers to individual posters' accounts from an account of a collaboration poster. |
